I'm so excited that you're here!  I started Restore yyc with the dream of creating something beautiful that would help people fall in love with taking care of themselves.

My passion for health and wellness began with food, so i enrolled at Acadia University's Bachelor of Science program with a major in Nutrition.  i began looking at other ways to help people on a full body spectrum and enrolled in the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in Halifax, NS. graduating in june 2012 as a registered massage therapist.  I am so passionate about this career, and i genuinely care about my clients and their well being.

Over the years, along with providing relaxation and deep tissue massage, I've acquired an interest in women's health and wellness, particularly surrounding fertility and pre/postnatal, and have come to understand its benefits for a healthy and happy mom and baby.  There is no better experience for me than to help improve, and follow along, the journey that new parents are preparing themselves for, and I will continue to further my focus and education in women's health.

My name is Courtney Cameron (my friends call me cc).  I'm from Nova Scotia, Canada, currently living a beautiful life in Calgary, AB, and I look forward to working with you and your family!

my journey began in 2011 After completing my Training at Georgian college in Ontario. I decided to leave life in the big city and headed west to calgary, ab.  I've always shown a keen interest in human anatomy and physiology, and throughout the years have focused my studies on health sciences.

I have a strong reputation for superior client care, and a passion for health and wellness.  I love working with people of all ages, and have experience in a variety of clinical settings around the world.  I love to help people feel better and take better care of themselves, and I do my best to live an active, healthy lifestyle so that I can continue to help my clients achieve optimal wellness through massage therapy.

A year ago I welcomed my first son, Arlo, into our lives.  since then, I've developed an interest in women's health, specifically perinatal wellness, and the opportunities in which I can help you throughout your journey.  There is so much information surrounding women's health, and I can't wait to continue to focus my knowledge and skill in this direction.  I've also earned additional training in cupping, TMJ, rapid release, and acupressure, and am excited to offer a variety of techniques to increase the benefits of massage therapy for your health.

My name is jess Clark, registered massage therapist, and I'm beyond excited to join Courtney at Restore YYC and provide the best care for you and your family!  I can't wait to meet you!

since graduating from my 3,000hr massage therapy program in 2018, i take pride in knowing that each client requires an individual treatment that fits their specific needs.  we're all different, in mind and body.  i thrive to work with my clients on their journey to achieving long term results from acute and chronic pain and injury, providing them with strategic treatment techniques and offering skills and suggestions to continuously help improve their recovery and overall health and wellness.

with multiple modalities under my belt, including cupping, pre/postnatal massage, lymphatic drainage, trigger point work, and active release, i find the most enjoyment in a deep tissue, therapeutic approach with my clients.  don't be scared!  i'm able to adjust all treatment to each clients preference, and understand that there are days in which we all seek a bit more relaxation.  i continue to educate myself with many more exciting things to come!

I'm so excited to work alongside the rmt's at restore yyc to help you fall in love with taking care of yourself!

Leslie Bendig

life has an interesting way of taking you in a direction and showing you what possibilities are out there.  I have been working as a teacher in the school system for the past 10 years, but half-way through that time life created a turning point for me - one that brought me to a place that made self care, both physical and emotional, a priority.  I felt drawn to everything that i could learn, and became educated in healing modalities that would help myself, which led to helping others. Once I started learning more, the more I wanted to learn.  First exploring Reiki, which led to Craniosacral, and then the Bowen technique - the latter two which address stress and pain in the body with a soft tissue, muscle, and nervous system focus.  I love being a student of life, working with others and my clients, and find that those I meet are also my teachers and for me create more curiosity and learning.

I'm interested in the mind/body connection, ad well as the physical/emotional connection of past experiences that can be held in the body. As my journey continues, I am so appreciative to now include breath as a healing modality, practicing as a breathwork facilitator.

my name is leslie bendig, and i look forward to connecting with you, and guiding you to connect with yourself.
